Policies
Named values your workflows can decide on — approval floors, spending caps, tolerances. Each keeps its history, so a request is judged against the figure that applied when it was raised.
Give a value a name, then use that name in a workflow rule.
Example: create approvalFloor = 50,000 and write
ref.approvalFloor in the rule. When the figure changes
later, add a new period with its start date — requests submitted
before that date keep using the old figure.

Bulk data load
